Application support for India

Each application requires an Indian visa online application from an official government website (see here).

Since this process can be time-consuming and complicated, we will gladly take up the complete application for you. Therefore, one of our service - in addition to "normal" visa processing including disbursement of the necessary consular fees – is on request the complete execution of the online application.

If you want to handle the online application by BUSINESS VISUM, proceed as follows:
  1. Fill out the form "Application Support for India". Please send us this form along with a copy of your passport (plastic-coated side) and a copy of your last India-visa (if applicable) by e-mail or by fax to indien[at]business-visum.de or +49/228/55933865 . You will then receive a confirmation from us
  2. Afterwards we’ll fill out the online visa application, you will then get the completed PDF in order to sign him.
  3. Please  send the signed application form together with following documents tp us:
  • Original passport (for at least six months validity and one blank page)
  • 2 identical passport photos (please only originals, no copies, Size: 5 * 5cm)
  • German residence permit or EU freedom of movement certificate, provided they do not have German citizenship
  • photocopy of former Visa if during the last 3 years the following countries have been visited: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka und Afghanistan.

All other documents are also still required which depend on your requested type of visa. For details please refer to the relevant requirements (the "country information -> India").

Once the documents are received by us, we submit them with the application fee directly to the consulate.

The processing time at the embassy is usually 3 business days. Acceleration is probably not possible. The application support takes one day, but you may also choose an express version which takes only 2 hours.

Charge information:
The entire application support costs 23.90 EUR (or 33.90 EUR for the express version) per passport.
