Any application for a visa to Russia requires an invitation to be applied for at the Foreign Ministry in Moscow. We will gladly organise everything for you.

Requirements:

You can apply for the invitation 45 days before the scheduled entry at the earliest. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the expiry of the visa you are applying for.

How quickly can an invitation be obtained?

Processing time for procuring the invitation (depending on the travel period):

• visa's defined validity: up to three months (one or two entries): three to ten days

• visa's defined validity: up to six or twelve months respectively (multiple entries: 12 to 20 days

• invitations can be applied for with a validity of up to five years. We will gladly inform you regarding fees and procedures in a phone call. 

Required documents:

• Colour photocopy of your passport (data page; in German passports: plastic-coated page)

• Application form (electronic version); sent via e-mail to: wilke[at]business-visum.de (if you're applying in Berlin), or preister[at]business-visum.de (if you're applying in Bonn or Munich), or frankfurt[at]business-visum.de (if you're applying in Frankfurt)

• Non EU citizens (e.g. USA, UK etc.) who apply for a Telex in Germany have to provide a Letter from their employer in Germany in english.
  
  EU citizens with a migration background (e.g. Russia, Afrika, middle east) also have to provide a Letter from their employer in Germany either in german or english.

Once Moscow has sent us a message confirming your invitation, you will receive an e-mail informing you when the original documents can be submitted at the consulate.

Fees:

The costs of different types of invitation vary, depending on several factors (type of visa, travel period, urgency). They are in the scope of:

• single-entry visa for Russia: € 70.00 to € 240.00 plus VAT

• double-entry visa for Russia: € 110.00 to 260.00 plus VAT

• multiple-entry visa for Russia: € 150.00 to 335.00 plus VAT

Invitations to Kazakhstan

How quickly can an invitation be obtained?

Processing time for an invitation to Kazakhstan (validity: one year) is approx. 14 days.

Once Kazakhstan has sent us a message confirming your invitation, you will receive an e-mail informing you when it can be submitted at the consulate.

Required documents:

• Application form (electronic version); sent via e-mail to: wilke[at]business-visum.de

• A written instruction for us to obtain a one-year invitation to Kazakhstan. This can be done informally or by using our order form.
