Chinese Consulates General Hamburg and Berlin inform, that starting 05.07.202, no more express processing will be available.
The only possible processing time will be 4 days.
According to an oral information given by the consular officer this regulation shall be effective nationwide - also for Munich and Frankfurt. Due to our experience with Chinese visa regulations we expect this for all Chinese consulates in Germany.
BUSINESS VISUM will keep you informed as soon as possible after receiving reliable information.
UPDATE 25.06.: Chinese consulate General Munich today confirmed that starting 05.07.2012 also in Munich no sameday and express processing will be available.
UPDATE 26.06.: Chinese Consulate General Frankfurt today informed that starting 05.07.2012 no shortened processing time will be offered.
This means that starting 05.07. all Chinese consulates in Germany abolished the possibility to receive a visa in less than 4 days processing time.
To what extent this regulation will influence the processing time and if all visa will be issued within this processing time reliably an intense monitoring of the situation after 05.07. will demonstrate.
